I want to see the world like a child for the rest of forever. A year ago I studied Brecht’s Epic Theatre in my IB Drama class, and I learned a lot about the way a child sees the world, which was totally not what I had in mind.
But it was perfect, because a year before I’d read The Catcher in the Rye, which made me realize that I never want to enter the phony world of adulthood....

Today I had a ‘gig’ with my high school choir class. Yeah, I know.
Anyway, I’ve had a lot of bad gigs (something I’m not usually quick to dismiss a show as), but this has to be in my top 3 if only because the conductor didn’t show up. At some point while we were staring at each other in sheer horror, I realized that I was the only senior and I had to lead everybody....

Math Class, vol. 4
Today in Math Studies, about 10 minutes through class, we learned that the Ringgit is the Malaysian unit of currency.
Unfortunately for our math teacher, we simultaneously learned that Ringgit sounds like a racial slur.
Today in Math Studies, we got about 10 minutes of classwork done.
